There are many great cake designers but only one Margaret Braun

There are many very talented cake designers out there whose work is truly beautiful but I think Margaret Braun’s work really stands alone in its authenticity. Her cakes are  truly works of art like no others. I have been lucky enough to work with Margaret on a few weddings and clients talk about how gorgeous the cake was for years. With the cake above we presented the cake as a centerpiece in the cocktail room and had a hard time getting people to go into dinner as they marveled and photographed away.

She is the author of Cakewalk and she and her work have appeared in countless magazines and TV shows yet no one matches her style.

Here she is on her Kitchen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPxSZbrc9i0

Have a look at her site and enjoy the close-ups of her incredibly detailed  work.
